Hi everyone!
How is your week going so far? I hope it is going well. I didn’t have the best day on Tuesday, but it certainly wasn’t the worst. After work, I sat on my bed and watched the sun set in the distance through my bedroom window. It was so peaceful and it really helped me center myself. I have string lights in my room hanging from the window and a set of lights that wraps around a glow-up moon that sort of looks like its own little moon-star system. I have always loved anything to do with the night sky so I also find it really calming to turn all of the lights off, except the string lights and the little moon-star system and just simply be for a little while. What do you do to help calm or center yourself?

My sister got this for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. The other side of the moon has a picture of the two of us engraved on it similar to the engraving of “I love you to Infinity.” It is one of my favorite gifts from my sister!

She stared at the stars like they were a pillow for her mind and in their light she could rest her heavy head.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @TakingOnAWorldofWords. In this meme, we answer 3 questions, which are as follows:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Let’s get started!😁

What are you currently reading?
Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo
Only ~120 pages left! I anticipate on finishing it up tonight! 🙂

My reading week definitely wasn’t as productive as it was last week, but that is totally fine! I have only been reading 1 book at a time this week (whereas last week it was multiple) so that is probably why. 😂

What did you recently finish reading?
Dark Harmony by Laura Thalassa

What do you think you’ll read next?
After CK, I am going to read Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. In general, this is what I have planned:
Wicked by Jennifer Armentrout
The Stand by Stephen King
The Beautiful by Renee Ahdieh
Crave by Tracy Wolff
After by Anna Todd

What are you currently reading? What have you recently finished? Let me know in the comments below! Be sure to link your WWW Wednesday post so I don’t miss it. 🥰

    • I am so glad to hear you loved the duology! I am really liking Crooked Kingdom. Six of Crows was wonderful and had masterful scheming… and Leigh Bardugo has really taken that to a new level in Crooked Kingdom!

Thank you for stopping by!! 🙂

      • Yes, definitely. I had such a hard time going to the Grishaverse trilogy after reading those first. I actually haven’t read the third book.. still.. lol. Six of Crows & Crooked Kingdom are on another level!

  1. I like being by the ocean and watching the waves during the day or night..
Also watching the stars in the pitch dark sky over the ocean with the moonlight shining on the ocean with the waves holding hands as they reach the shore.
