🌞The Sunday Post: 2/14/2021 🥰🌹❤️

Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! 🥰🌹❤️
I hope you are all having a lovely weekend so far and a great start to Valentine’s Day! My sister got me flowers and my favorite Ghirardelli dark chocolate caramel squares. I have the best sister ever. My plans for today are not super glamorous 😂 but I really don’t mind. It is too cold to do anything anyway and we are expecting a snow storm so best to stay in this evening. The plan is to work out with my bestie this morning, read (finish) A Court of Frost and Starlight, and watch some movies/TV shows. In terms of TV shows, I think I am going to watch the Valentine’s Day episode for H2O (yes, I still like that show 😂) and watch some Bridgerton. I am not quite sure what movie I will watch. Maybe Pride and Prejudice or Romeo and Juliet. I also have to do some work before I work tomorrow and some meal prep so that is also on the docket for today. What plans do you have for today?

  1. Sounds like a nice Valentine’s Sunday. I watched a movie called The Little Things with Denzel Washington – not very in keeping with the day. Lol. But hubby made me a great dinner. Have a good week!

  2. Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s been snowy and cold here too- hope you don’t get too much. H20- is that the same H20 show about mermaids? I remember watching Mako Mermaids a few years back and loving the Australian setting. 🙂

    • I hope we do not get much either, but we are supposed to get 11 inches 😂 I reallyyy hope that does not happen. Hopefully you don’t get too much snow either! When a snow storm hit the other day, it was terrible… it took my sister 3 hours to get the hospital, which was only 20 minutes away!

Yes, it is the same H2O! 😂 I still love watching it after all these years 😂 I need to watch Mako Mermaids still! I believe I started watching the first episode but I am pretty bad at finishing TV shows nowadays.

Thanks for stopping by!! I hope you had a great Valentine’s Day!

      • Mako Mermaids is fun! One of the actresses went on to be in the Vampire Academy movie, which I know got a bad rap but I kinda liked it. 🙂 I love the juice shop in Mako as well- I have to admit part of the appeal is the locations!

      • Ahh, Lucy Fry I believe her name is! You know, I enjoyed Vampire Academy. It was pretty true to the book in quite a few ways, which I appreciated! Hahah, the juices in H2O (and I am assuming Mako Mermaids) always looked sooo good 😂 My sister and I would often make our own smoothies when we watched the show! Australia is beautiful… I hope to travel there some day. I have some family down there so it would be nice to visit them as well! I will definitely be checking out Mako Mermaids! Another show that I really liked was Lightning Point (which also has Lucy Fry in it) but sadly they took it off of Netflix. It was about aliens but it was actually pretty well done and similar, in a way, to the idea of H20/Mako Mermaids. Maybe one day it will be back on Netflix!

      • I loved Lightning Point! I think the same studio made all those and for a while I was trying to follow their shows. and yes- Lucy Fry!

I hope you like Mako Mermaids when you try it! I think it’s a lot of fun. 🙂
